After more than 20 years in the air conditioning industry working for large corporate firms and learning what truly matters, Jantzen founded Ductman AC to do things differently. The goal was simple: combine big-company professionalism with a neighborly, handshake-style approach. Before launching Ductman AC, Jantzen worked in home construction and later as a senior predictive maintenance manager at New Braunfels Utilities, overseeing mechanical systems across the city’s water infrastructure.
